Arbitration

Arbitration, a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution, is used to resolve a dispute outside court.  Typically, the parties involved agree to abide by the decision of a third party, i.e. an Arbitrator.  The Arbitrator reviews the evidence and imposes a decision, which is legally binding and enforceable.  Arbitration can be used to process small claims or larger disputes and may also follow a disciplinary hearing.  It is a different process than mediation.

Ormond Meeting Rooms (OMR) offers you a one-stop-shop for your Arbitration.  With fully air conditioned rooms that can be laid out to suit your specific requirements and a host of facilities such as high quality catering, video/audio conferencing, secretarial services and a panel of stenographers, all at very competitive rates, our aim is to make this process as stress free as possible for all involved.
